I love going to the movies with my friends. I can't always find movie tickets, though. And don't get me STARTED on trying to get to the theater on time- movie showtimes are ridiculous! That's why we like DVD rentals. DVDS make watching our favorite art house films easy, and the internet makes it even easier! Not only can I rent movies online (oh, I LOVE online movie rentals!) I can find discount DVDS and rentals! Sometimes I like to buy the poster of the movie I'm watching. That way, I can look down at the television screen and see one scene of the movie and then look up and see the same scene repeated on my dorm room wall! Sometimes my humorous cartoon posters are a bit distracting, though. Thats why if I like a catyoon character, I buy stickers instead. Speaking of stickers, I just went to the novelty store and bought a whole lot of stickers, novelties, joke gifts, and gags for my new roommate. I just know she'll get a kick out of the funny gifts. I noticed she needed a new calendar; I wonder if she'll enjoy cartoon calendars? I don't want her using my mugs, though- character mugs are my favorite. I really like my roommate, but her stationary is making a mess of our room. Maybe if I get her some funny magnets, she'll put her stationary on the fridge. yes, some humor magnets will certainly do the trick. But what about those greeting cards lying all over the floor? Where does she even get them? At the novelty store? I think she should start using eCards (e-cards) and eGreetings (e-greetings) instead. While she's at it, she can subscribe to the joke of the week and some weekly humor mailings. Hmmm. I really want to listen to some music. I have a really huge collection of music CDs because I recently bought a lot of music discount cds, but they are taking up too much space. I'm going to download some music MP3s . Music downloads seem like the right way to go. I can't wait to listen to the new punk album on my headphones. I don't think I should get rid of my cd player, even if I'm going to use my iPOD from now on. Speaking of music downloads, where can I download ringtones? I'm interested in finding some new ringtones and wallpapers for my cell phone (cellphone). Wow, I have to get going. I really need to organize my dorm room. Our coffee table is cluttered with all of our books; cartoon books, comic books, movie books, editorial cartoon books, diy ( d.i.y.) magazines, crafting books, zines, self published books, pop culture books....you get the idea.
